Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly, affordably, and safely as possible. Below is a summary of our shipping policies for all products, including pool cleaning supplies, FilterLux air filters, and ComfiCove diaper pails.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • We also ship to U.S. Territories (with extended delivery times).
  • Limited international shipping to Canada is available for select items.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it ships.

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability.

4. Product-Specific Shipping Details

  • Pool Cleaning Products (e.g., Pool Shock Granules): Ships only within the continental U.S. due to chemical handling regulations. Signature may be required upon delivery.
  • FilterLux Air Filters: Lightweight and shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Multiple filters may be consolidated into a single package.
  • ComfiCove Diaper Pails: Shipped in protective packaging. Accessories (e.g., liners) may ship separately.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly via our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

6. Delays & Exceptions

We strive to deliver on time, but occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand
  • Severe weather
  • Courier or warehouse issues

We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

7. International Shipping

At this time, only select items such as FilterLux air filters are available for international shipping to Canada. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may apply upon delivery.
