Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following return guidelines based on product type.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Pool Shock Granules & Cleaning Chemicals: Due to safety and hazmat regulations, we cannot accept returns on chemical-based products once delivered.
- Used or opened FilterLux Air Filters cannot be returned due to hygiene and filtration integrity concerns.
- Gift cards, clearance items, and digital products are non-refundable.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if applicable.
- Ship the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
